Job Description
- Responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and cooked foods, while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- They may also be involved in recipe development, staff training, and inventory management.
- The Deli Chef ensures the deli area is well-stocked, organized, and appealing to customers.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Strong knife skills and a good eye for plating.
- Prepare and present items such as: Breakfast dishes (e.g., Eggs Benedict, Avocado Toast, Brekkie Burgers) Salads (e.g., Honey Garlic Chicken Salad, Energizer Salad) Sandwiches and burgers (e.g., Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich, Angus Beef Burger) Stone
