Job Description
- Regular inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment, troubleshooting and repairing faults, and ensuring systems operate safely.
- Adhering to electrical codes and regulations, conducting safety inspections, and addressing potential hazards.
- Improving energy efficiency of electrical systems, implementing upgrades, and optimizing performance.
- Managing projects related to electrical installations, upgrades, or renovations.
- Overseeing the electrical budget for the property and managing costs associated with maintenance and upgrades.
- Working with other departments within the property management company, contractors, and potentially tenants.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE, EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT BUILDING LIKE SM MALLS, AYALA, ROCKWELL OR SIMILAR
