Job Description
- Prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks. Grind coffee beans and use various brewing methods to ensure high-quality coffee.
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines, countertops, and utensils. Clean coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, regularly.
- Stay informed about the coffee shop's menu, including seasonal offerings and promotions. Educate customers about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders.
- Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed. Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages to management.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- With Experience in Specialty Coffee
- Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and drink recipes.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Preferably with NCII in Food and Beverage
