Job Description
- Operate machinery, including crushers, conveyors, and screening equipment, in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor equipment and systems to ensure proper operation and performance
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
- Record and report equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, and production data
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies
- Assist with other tasks as needed, including cleaning and general maintenance of the plant and equipment
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Preferably with experience as leadman / foreman, supervisory / managerial
- Extensive experience as a crusher operator and has a deep understanding of machinery and safety protocols
- Must have experience in supervising crushing operations: Ensure the proper operation of equipment (crushers, screens, conveyors, etc.) to produce aggregates that meet quality standards.
- Must have experience in overseeing the crushing plant, the production process, and the management of a team to ensure that quality, safety and productivity targets are met.
- Good in English - speaking and writing
