Job Description
- Surface Preparation: Removing old paint, filling in cracks and dents.
- Sanding surfaces to achieve a smooth finish. Masking areas not to be painted.
- Mixing and matching paint colors. Applying primer and paint using spray guns or brushes.
- Applying clear coats and other finishes. Repairing scratches, chips, and other paint imperfections.

- Adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate protective gear.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum of 5 years - Preferably with experience as leadman / foreman, supervisory / managerial
- Must have experience in supervising painters and other specialized technicians. This includes planning schedules, allocating tasks and evaluating team performance.
- Prepares and paints vehicle surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish, and may also repair and touch up paint imperfections. They mix paints, apply primer and paint using spray guns, and follow safety protocols.
- Good in English communication (verbal and written)
