Job Description
- Work closely with the head for man to understand the specific needs and preferences of the clients.
- Accurately measures spaces to ensure that cabinets, countertops and appliances fit properly.
- Install kitchen cabinetry, countertop, sinks and appliances and ensure everything is level and securely fitted.
- Add finishing touches such as dreamwork cabinet hardware and other decorative elements.
- Follow safety regulations and standards ensuring a safe working environment.
- Maintain clear communication with colleagues addressing and concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the installation.
- Ensure the work area is clean and free of debris after installation is complete
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Architecture / Urban Studies; Engineering(Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proficient in operating hand and power tools specific to carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Precision in measurements and assembly
- Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during installation and construction
