Job Description
- Blasters and painters play a critical role in maintaining the structural integrity and safety of nuclear facilities by applying and maintaining protective coatings to surfaces and structures
- They are responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to prevent corrosion and deterioration
- Blaster/painters set up equipment for spray paint, sandblasting, compressors, and generators, and operate airless and conventional spray equipment
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or similar fields.
- Candidates must have National Certificate for Blaster painter
