Job Description
- Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their table.
- Monitor orders and communicate with the kitchen to ensure dishes are served according to guests' specifications.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards, ensuring all orders are complete and accurately prepared.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Proactively anticipating and responding to customer needs, ensuring they feel cared for throughout their dining experience. This includes offering drink refills, responding to requests, and checking in with guests at the right time.
Additional Information
- The environment can be fast-paced, especially during busy dining hours, such as lunch and dinner shifts, weekends, or holidays.
