Job Description
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address any issues related to staff conduct, performance, or attendance.

- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, working to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Many employers prefer or require a degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field. A higher level of education can provide advanced knowledge in management practices, customer service, and financial analysis.
