Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in human resources management within the reosrt or hospitality industry. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field is a must. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Human Resource Management or similar fields.
