Job Description
- • Interested applicants must possess at least 5 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT CONSTRUCTION (i.e. Oil and Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical).
- • Good command of written and spoken English. Good interpersonal skills.
- • Exclusively for FILIPINO NATIONAL Only!!!
- * The supervisor ensures the compliance of the project activities to meet safeguard requirements of the Lenders (World Bank and Asian Development Bank), in country laws and regulations and adheres to good international industry practices.
- * Identify, monitor and assess overall risks that may be encountered during the project activities.
- • Proactively manage and support the construction activities by adequately providing specific instructions/suggestion to various department managers and workers.
- • Manage subcontractors conducting E&S works (e.g. water quality monitoring, waste management, ecology services, etc.).
- * Liaise with international consultants to develop and update safeguard documents and manage implementation of safeguard requirements.
- • Take the role of team leader and carefully supervise the work of team members.
- • Supervise the performance of the team, providing clear direction and periodic monitoring and feedback on performance.
- • Carry out monitoring and evaluation of compliance with the Environment and Social Standards
- • Ensure the on-going learning and development of the team to enhance capacity and ability to perform.

Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in managing E&S aspects for major infrastructure projects. Preference shall be given to experience in hydropower development/construction/operations.
