Job Description
- Handle tenants inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including key transfers and utility connections.
- Assist with the coordination of property maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs.
- Monitors service contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify any maintenance or safety issues.
- Assist with the resolution of tenant complaints and disputes and resolve issues in timely and professional manner.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Engineering(Mechanical); Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Property Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the property management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of occupants, commercial, or mixed-used properties.
- manage and maintain property records, including leases, tenant files, insurance documents and maintenance records.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including notices, letters and reports.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
Additional Information
- Bachelor degree in Property management, Business Administration or Engineering or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Customer Service Oriented with positive and professional demeanor.
