Job Description
- Install, test, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems
- Integrate fire alarm systems with fire suppression fire suppression systems
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of fire alarm systems
- Respond to fire alarms and troubleshoot problems
- Prepare and maintain fire alarm system documentation
- Stay up-to-date on fire alarm codes and standards
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Additional Information
- NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) Level II or III certification in Fire Alarm Systems
- 2-5 years of experience in fire alarm systems, preferably with experience in fire suppression system installations
- Strong understanding of fire alarm systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret fire alarm blueprints and schematics
- Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent training
