Job Description
- The Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent preparation of high-quality dishes, and maintaining excellent kitchen organization and hygiene.
- The role involves supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, contributing to menu development, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Experience in fine-dining kitchen is preferred
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe).
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and techniques.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. • Police clearance required. • International driver’s license required
