Job Description
- Provide menus, answer questions, and make recommendations, serve food and drinks, and ensure proper plating and presentation
- Welcome guests and seat them at their tables, anticipate guest needs and address any issues promptly and professionally
- Working with chefs, bartenders, and other staff to provide a good dining experience
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Education/Teaching/Training; Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management; Human Resource Management; Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- MUST BE GRADUATED OF BACHELOR'S DEGREE ANY COURSE, LATEST GRADUATION YEAR MUST BE 2022 OR BACK YEAR, 2023 OR 2024 DOES NOT QUALIFY
- 162CM or above the height, 55KG OR LESS, SLIM AND GOOD LOOKING
- WITH EXPERIENCE IN FINE DINING RESTAURANT OR HIGH-END RESTAURANT IS ADVANTAGE
- CAN SPEAK BASIC CHINESE IS ADVANTAGE BUT THIS IS NOT MANDATORY
- KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD AND WINE, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AND THE ABILITY TO WORK LONG HOURS OR HOLIDAY SEASON
