Job Description
- Milk Processing: Performs various milk processingtasks, including cleaning, heating, and filteringmilktoproduce products such as cheese, ricotta, andotherdairy items.
- Production Oversight: Ensures productionprocessesmeet hygiene and food safety standards whilemonitoring the quality of the products beingcreated.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operates andmaintainsdairy processing equipment, ensuring that it functionsefficiently and remains clean to prevent contamination of the products.
- Product Preparation and Packaging: Involvedinthepackaging and labeling of finished dairy products, ensuring they are properly prepared for distribution.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidates must have a passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Knowledge of milk handling, pasteurization, andprocessing techniques for dairy products likecheese,ricotta, and yogurt
- Ability to operate, clean, and maintain dairyprocessing machinery to ensure efficiencyandprevent contamination.
- Ensures milk and dairy products meet requiredstandards for taste, texture, and safety.
- Experience in proper storage, packaging, andlabelingof dairy products for distribution.
- Capable of standing for long hours, handlingheavyequipment, and maintaining accuracy inproductionprocesses.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paceddairyproduction environment.
