Job Description
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
- Ensure work is carried out well (measurements, dimensions, etc.) and on-time of the external vendors.
- Ensuring permits and licenses from appropriate authorities are obtained on time and prior to.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
- Hire staff and allocate respective responsibilities.
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
- Motivating the teams through all phases of a successful project.
- Using predictive, agile and hybrid approaches to determine which way of working is best for the project.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, AUTOCAD and 3D Design
- Familiarity with construction/project management software.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
