Job Description
- Plan product ranges and stock level/buy plans
- Identify trends and fill gaps in product line.
- Maintain target margins of categories handled
- Ensure that items arrive at the outlets on time, including handling logistics
- Ensure that supplier are paid on time through timely submission of invoices and POs to the account department
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Help marketing department prepare marketing plans
- Conduct store visits and monitor competitors
- Attend trade shows are needed.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Experience as Purchasing Manager or Buyer in Gadgets and Accessories.
