Job Description
- To ensure all Meat products in the Butchery chiller and freezers are properly rotated and checked daily and actioned to minimize wastage and loss
- To conduct temperature checks and record on log sheet twice a day and report any variances to the Butchery Supervisor immediately.
- To maintain the display chillers, freezers and work areas in a clean and tidy condition and ensure the bulk storage chiller is kept secure.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Work experience in all aspects of the Division’s operations and activities
