Job Description
- Assist in the process which ensures that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures and nursing standards.
- Provides education to staff based on theoretical and clinical expertise.
- This position will be accountable to ensure clinical resource and continuity of patient care during her/his duty hours
- Provides direct patient care and serves as clinical resources
- Maintains and demonstrates clinical competence in all aspects of care provided
- Acts as a clinical resource in assessing complex patient care needs and in determining appropriate
- Interventions, recommend alternative approaches.
- Utilizes critical thinking when making clinical judgments, managing conflicts and solving patient care issues.
- Assesses and reassesses patient needs and response to care, treatment and education
- Provides care according to the plan of care.
- Anticipates, recognizes and manages emergent and unsafe situation/practices and initiates appropriate interventions.
- Demonstrates knowledge of legal aspects of patient care and nursing practice.
- Actively communicates the care of the patient through communication and written documentation to all disciplines involved in patient care.
- Complies with company’s policies/procedures and standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Preferred education in Nursing Degree Diploma after High School
- Required certification/licensure; valid Nursing license from the country of origin
- Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respetful and compassionate ; Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics and Physical endurance
