Job Description
- Work in a team to sustain and improve Die Attach process
- Performed study and analysis for Die Attach process sustaining and improvement as Die Attach Process Engineer.
- Manage lot disposition for Die Attach process.
- Update & maintain documentation related to DA such as Spec, FMEA, OCAP etc
- Writing CAPA & 8D for low yield lot.
- Own and assist projects related on improvement, cost saving and quality projects related to DA.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Degree In Electronics or related engineering field or minimum 3 years experiences in semiconductor field.
