Job Description
- Manage kitchen staff, food orders, and budgets to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction with prompt service, accurate food orders, and efficient operations
- Maintain open and clear lines of communication with management and staff
- Handle customer complaints and handle issues that may arise
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Candidates must understand and can speak in English
