Job Description
- maintains and repairs buildings, equipment, and facilities, performing tasks like plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and carpentry, while also ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical equipment.
- Identify and address maintenance issues, including leaks, broken fixtures, and malfunctioning equipment.
- Make necessary repairs, including patching drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
- Replace light bulbs, fuses, and other common maintenance items.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- With a minimum of 5 years of work experience as an electrician, carpenter, painter, and plumber
