Job Description
- Providing direct care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring patients' comfort and safety.
- Accurately documenting patient information, treatments, and progress in medical records, and communicating with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions to promote recovery and prevent readmission.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Responding to medical emergencies promptly, providing critical care, and ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate interventions.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- For First timer, Must have Dataflow
- With or Without SCFHS Prometric
