Job Description
- Interpreting technical plans and diagrams
- Measuring timber and marking it up ahead of cutting
- Cutting timber to required dimensions
- Programming computerised cutting equipment
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- can read 2D drawing, can produce cutting list, understanding machining process
- use of specific hand tools- Hand routers. chisels, jigsaws, sanders etc.
- understanding finishing process and quality requirements
- must have experience in bespoke cabinetry
Additional Information
- confident in speaking English language.
- Willing to take an UKVI IELTS once hired.
