Job Description
- Guarantees a high standard of customer service for an organisation to maintain customers' credibility by providing a consistent and satisfactory experience.
- Works alongside the staff members of the housekeeping department
- Know the specific protocols, standards and procedures for an establishment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Not less than 5 years in Housekeeping; Vocational Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality is preferable. English proficiency; should have valid passport;
