Job Description
- Producing detailed drawings and schematics for event layouts, including stage designs, seating arrangements, and technical setups for lighting, sound, and video equipment.
- Using computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop accurate and precise drawings that reflect the specifications and requirements of the event.
- Including specifications for materials, equipment, and assembly instructions in the drawings to assist installation teams. Diagnosing technical issues remotely
- Conducting site visits to assess spaces where events will be held, gathering information necessary for accurate designs, and understanding logistical challenges.
- Commissioning and troubleshooting on technical projects
- Doing technical designs, drafting, and venues layout
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Architecture / Urban Studies; Art & Design; Computer Science/Information technology or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- With critical thinking and methodological approach
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English language skills
- Basic knowledge of AV solutions, 1 year experience
- Proactive thinking and the ability to take the initiative when needed
- A reliable go-to-person with great time management skills
- Experience & knowledge using at least one of the following designing programs: a. DWG. b. AutoCAD. c. SketchUp. d. 3D Max
- Experienced in handling live events
