Job Description
- supervise and coordinate daily activities on the jab site
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to plan and implement project scheduler.
- train and mentor construction crew members
- conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address issues
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (for H1 Category)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (for H2 Category) additional certifications in construction management preferred
- Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar role in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and decision making abilities
- excellent communication and organizational skills
