Job Description
- • Set up and operate cable extrusion machines according to production schedules and specifications.
- • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation.
- • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to keep machinery in optimal condition.
- • Inspect finished cables for quality, ensuring they meet specified dimensions, color, and insulation requirements. • Load raw materials (e.g., copper conductors, insulation compounds) into the machine and monitor material usage.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machine operation is a plus.
- • Proven experience operating cable extrusion or similar manufacturing machines.
- • Knowledge of extrusion processes, materials, and machine controls.
- • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications
- • Experience in cable manufacturing or wire processing industry for 5 year plus
- • Familiarity with different types of insulation and sheathing materials.
