Job Description
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients within the baking industry, including hotels, bakeries, restaurants and cafes.
- Sell and promote a range of baking products, including flour, bakery and pastry premixes, and other specialty ingredients
- Identify client needs and provide tailored product solutions to meet those requirements.
- Manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by following a strategic sales plan.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings
- Report regularly on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to inform business strategy.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience: 3+ years in sales within the baking industry or FMCG sector, preferably with experience working with companies like QNIE, Adinsa, Valencia, or Al Maktab Al Hollandi.
- In-depth knowledge of baking industry products, from flour to bakery and pastry premixes, and a strong understanding of what chefs and bakers need in professional kitchens.
- Proven sales success with a portfolio of past clients and documented sales achievements
- Valid Qatari light vehicle driving license with a clean driving record.
