Job Description
- Conduct initial fitness evaluations to understand client goals, limitations, and current fitness level.
- Develop individualized exercise programs tailored to each client's needs, including strength training, cardio, flexibility exercises, and proper progression.
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises, providing clear explanations and modifications as needed.
- Track client progress through regular assessments, adjusting workout plans as necessary.
- Offer encouragement, positive feedback, and accountability to help clients stay motivated throughout their fitness journey.
- Ensure clients use equipment safely, address any concerns, and be prepared to provide emergency first aid if needed.
- Lead group exercise classes like Zumba, yoga, spin, or bootcamps, adapting routines to different fitness levels.
- Maintain open communication with clients, addressing questions and concerns regarding their workouts.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Understanding of human body mechanics, muscle groups, and joint movements.
- Familiarity with different training methods, exercise progressions, and adaptations.
- Ability to clearly explain exercises, provide feedback, and build rapport with clients.
- Inspiring and motivating clients to reach their fitness goals.
