Job Description
- Monitor children during their playtime to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Ensure that children follow the rules of the playground and intervene when necessary.
- Assist children in navigating the play structures, especially younger or less confident children.
- Regularly inspect play equipment for safety hazards and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment by ensuring play areas are free from clutter and hazards.
- Ensure all safety measures, such as age-appropriate areas and secure equipment, are in place.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Previous experience in a recreational or child-focused environment, preferably in a 5-star resort or educational environment.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Must have strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Must be knowledgeable in child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Must be friendly, patient, and possess an approachable demeanor.
- Must have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Must have good physical stamina to keep up with children’s energy.
- Must have basic understanding of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Should have the ability to maintain a positive and engaging environment for children and families.
- Must be willing to undergo background checks and child safety training.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must have relevant trainings and certificates.
