Job Description
- Supervising Housekeeping Staff
- Ensuring Cleanliness and Maintenance
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- • Assign daily cleaning tasks to housekeepers. • Monitor staff performance and ensure cleaning standards are met. • Train new housekeeping employees and provide ongoing coaching. • Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance.
- • Inspect rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness. • Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks) to the maintenance team. • Ensure the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. • Maintain high hygiene and sanitation stand
- • Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities. • Place orders for necessary housekeeping materials. • Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals.
- • Enforce company policies and safety procedures. • Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations. • Conduct safety training sessions for housekeeping staff.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Reliability and punctuality.
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
