Job Description
- Team Management: Supervise maintenance staff, provide training, and assign tasks. Preventive
- Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime .
- Repairs: Oversee repair work for machinery, buildings, and related equipment.
- Budget Management: Monitor maintenance budgets and manage inventory of tools and supplies .
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
- Troubleshooting: Identify issues and perform troubleshooting to resolve maintenance problems quickly .
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports for management.
- Communication: Coordinate with other departments to understand maintenance needs and priorities .
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Diploma or equivalent; degree in engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience in maintenance and management roles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
- Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance team and ensures that all facilities and equipment are functioning properly.
