Job Description
- Saw, split or scribe carcasses into smaller portions to facilitate handling.
- Cut bones from standard cuts of meat, such as chuck, hams, loin, plated, round and shanks to prepare meat for packing and marketing using a knife and meat hook. Insert the knife in the meat around the bones to separate meat, fat, tissue and defects
- Weigh carcasses to be moved in to the cooler.
- Follow Food Safety Requirements.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Should have at least a minimum of 2 continuous years of verifiable experience as a meat cutter/deboner/slaughter without gaps.
- Must have a valid IELTS certificate ( General Training / UKVI )
- Must have an SSS online account.
- Must be able to provide employment certificates and other employment verification documents ( company id, payslip, contract, etc.)
- TESDA - NCII in Slaughtering Operations is a plus
