Job Description
- Operating equipment: Setting up, monitoring, and operating plastic injection-molding machines
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing issues with the equipment, materials, or process
- Maintaining equipment: Performing maintenance and repairs on the equipment, and keeping tools and equipment organized
- Ensuring standards are met: Making sure mold set up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- With at least 2 years of experience in plastic injection moulding preferably from Plastic Pipe Fittings (PVC, PPR, HDPE, etc.)
- Good knowledge of injection production troubleshooting
- With experience in machine set-up, parameter adjustment, and plastic defects troubleshooting
