Job Description
- Conduct microbiological testing on water samples, packaging materials, equipment, and work environments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor air quality, sanitation, and hygiene practices within production areas, reporting any non-conformances and supporting corrective actions.
- Maintain laboratory housekeeping and perform equipment verification, media preparation, and proficiency testing, while accurately updating related reports
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Biology or similar fields.
- At least 2 years in bottled water, beverage, or food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices and Aseptic Techniques.
- Proficient in computer use. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work on rotating shifts. Preferably can drive.
