Job Description
- Supervise and Manage Nursing Staff: Oversee daily activities, evaluate performance, and provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality Care: Monitor patient care practices to ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate Staffing and Scheduling: Manage staff schedules, address staffing needs, and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle Patient and Family Concerns: Address and resolve patient and family issues or complaints, ensuring that concerns are managed promptly and effectively.
- Implement and Monitor Quality Improvement Initiatives: Participate in quality improvement projects, analyze care data, and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
