Job Description
- Perform necessary tasks such as cleaning, washing and prepping to ensure smooth kitchen operation
- Assist with inventory control, garbage disposal, and cleanliness of refrigerators, freezers and storage rooms
- Comply with food health and safety regulations
- Assisting Cooks/Chefs with the preparation of meal ingredients such as washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables and meat.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Good time management skills to complete all duties
- Good knowledge of food health and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and communication skills
