Job Description
- keeps track of the goods and supplies in a store or warehouse and manages orders to facilitate sales or production.
- Their duties include signing off on shipments, counting the number of available products and placing orders for more inventory according to demand.
- This means processing inventory orders, logging items that have been received and items that have been taken from inventory, and physically moving product within the inventory room to the sales floor, and vice versa.
- Receives, reviews, and processes requisition requests for materials, supplies, and equipment needed for specific projects and general maintenance activities.
- Assists in supervising, training, and assisting subordinates in the preparation and maintenance of requisition forms, check requests, purchase requests and other related documents and correspondence.
- Determines accuracy of paper work by closely reviewing pertinent information on documents and purchase requests that are sent to Procurement.
- Evaluates material requisition requests and advises division personnel on modifications and materials needed for specific projects or general maintenance work orders.
- Prepares material take-offs or material specifications for outside contractors; reviews and approves bids on purchase.

Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication) or similar fields.
- Building Materials Inventory and at least 5 years of working experience in the same field.
