Job Description
- The position will be responsible for managing specific customer account on Quality aspects to ensure all parts build are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyse quality performance and drive for improvement
- Develop and implement any required quality control procedures, specifications, forms, checklists, reports, etc.,
- Performs internal audits of the process to ensure compliance
- Review and revise specifications for products or processes
- Review SPC indicators and coordinate out of control action plan
- Coordinate New Product Transfer activity
- Coordinate internal QDN review and lot disposition
- Coordinate 8D review, action implementation, validation and verification
- Coordinate customer requirement and implementation
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
- Good in Manufacturing Process Knowledge
- Knowledge in IATF 16949 & VDA6.3 methodology
- Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with all levels
- Project management skills will be advantageous
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice period
