Job Description
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate medication records.
- Monitor and record patients' health conditions, reporting any significant changes to the nursing staff.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Passer of JLPT N4 or JFT Basic Passer
- Certification in caregiving or a related field is preferred
