Job Description
- Operating technical equipment (fryers, seasoning drums, packaging machines) and executing change overs according to safety and quality standards.
- Applying technical knowledge when undertaking responsibilities to improve machine operation and processes, always actively seeking line improvement. • Achieving production output and line speed targets within set timeframes.
- Proven experience operating some or all of the following equipment, Vertical/Horizontal Form, Fill & Seal Machine, Case Erectors & Case Packers, Weighers (Ishida/TNA/Yamato), Kliklok, Extruders (Schaaf/Clextral), high-capacity Fryers (UPC), Sheeter
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum 5 years full time as a machine operator nec/preventative maintenance though 5 would be preferred
- Willing to take an English test = 5 years secondary study or IELTS 5
Additional Information
- Has undertaken some level of AM step journey and IPS, IWS Training. • Current forklift license • Capability to execute all RTT DMS.
- Ability to recognise situations that require the use of appropriate negotiation techniques, and the skills to persuade others to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
