Job Description
- Ensure proper installation and upkeep of insulation materials, meeting Japanese building codes.
- Perform precise excavation, grading, and foundation tasks in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Work cooperatively with construction teams, communicating effectively in Japanese for project success.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- With minimum Japanese proficiency of N4 and must pass JFT Basic of JLPT N4
- Must pass the Construction Skills Examinations
- At least 1-year experience in Construction
- Must have completed the TITP contract
