Job Description
- Monitor all duty schedules in the butchery kitchen section
- Cutting, grinding and preparing meats for sale
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring displays and signage are accurate and attractive.
- Good knowledge of Halal and other aspects related to meat quality & processing
- Proven working experience as a butcher at slaughterhouse operation or butchery shop

- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
