Job Description
- Refreshment Preparation: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to employees and visitors as requested.
- Maintenance of Refreshment Area: Ensure the refreshment area is clean and tidy at all times. This includes cleaning cups, glasses, and other utensils, and maintaining an organized and hygienic environment.
- Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and other supplies. Replenish stock as necessary and inform the office manager when supplies need to be reordered.
- Assisting with Basic Office Tasks: Help with simple clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents within the office.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous and friendly service to all staff and visitors. Respond promptly to refreshment requests.
- Event Support: Assist in the setup and cleanup of refreshments for meetings, conferences, and other office events.
- Other Duties: Perform other related duties as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- At least 6 months of cleaning experience
