Job Description
- Know-how of cleaning procedures and equipment, chemical handling, linen par levels, local healthcare standards.
- Providing supervision, training and counsel to the Hospital’s outsourced contracted companies that will cover Cleaning services, Waste management services, kitchen and Food services, Linen services and Staff uniform services
- Manage administrative and operational duties in relation to the housekeeping services Resolve and follow up internal customer complaints as appropriate to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
- Ensure all Housekeeping quality standards are complied with and that facility and legal required policies and procedures are consistently applied.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hospital to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards. Responsible for monitoring the quality of the service contractors and ensuring consistency in their delivery and standards.
- Evaluate factors related to safety, outcomes, effectiveness, cost, and social impact when developing and implementing practice innovations.
- Participate in and enforces the quality management accreditation standards of the facility. Participates in projects, equipment, staff and policy decisions that affect staff care.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management; Others or similar fields.
- With 5-6 years of previous experience with a minimum of 2 years as a Hospital/Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor.
