Job Description
- Greeting Visitors: Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting with requests to the best of your ability.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms for staff members and visitors.
- Mail and Email Handling: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Monitor and respond to emails directed to the general office email address
- Front Desk Management: Keep the front desk area clean and organized, ensuring that it is stocked with necessary supplies, such as visitor badges, brochures, and forms
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing documents.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Knowledge of basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) & hotel management software (e.g., Opera)
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as Xerox machine, Scanner, and more.
- Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
