Job Description
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner. Ability to learn and stay updated on new products
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
- Ability to keep the showroom organized and visually appealing. Attention to detail in arranging products and displays.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale and other relevant technology. Fluency in English language
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or direct sales is an advantage
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management; Human Resource Management; Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- Must have experience in supporting HR department in payroll processing, managing employee timesheets, calculating time and leaves. Extremely good in Excel
