Job Description
- Reports to shift supervisor or manager, cashier to process all cash transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures. Play a fundamental role in achieving customers satisfaction and revenue growth objective
- Duties and responsibilities of the cashier will include greeting guests when entering or leaving the unit, maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area, and keeping reports of cash and credit transactions
- At least 02 years’ experience in the same field, Knowledge of (MS Application). and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, scanners… etc).
- Pleasant, polite, possess a neat and clean appearance, self-disciplined
- Dealing with cash transactions with guests using a billing device (Point of Sale / POS).
- Resolve guests’ complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information and inform the direct manager with guest complaints on spot
- Cleaning and always preparing all chairs and tables, including table service napkins boxes and machines for soft drinks and juices
- Registering the value of orders at the points of sale, collecting payments for the products, and making sure that no bill enters the kitchen unless it is registered in the cashier machine.
- Implement tasks in the monthly cleaning schedule daily without delay or laziness.
- Hand over the counter and dining area after the end of the work shift according to the levels imposed by the company
- Have the integrity to complete the job site quality checklist as you have been trained and as assigned to the shift.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
